This form is used to register for our lodge events. This form does count as official registration, but only for the one person whose information is submitted. If you are registering multiple people who live at the same address, enter the information for the person who will be paying and enter the names of everyone else in the Comments box.
Please treat the submission of this form as you would the submission of the paper registration form. We use these numbers to plan our events. If you submit this form and do not show up to the event without informing us, you will be greatly hurting our efforts to plan these events as best as we can. If you do submit this form and then end up unable to attend, please contact us using this form (click here) by the Monday before the event.
When you arrive to the event, you MUST bring your fee with you and your health form. You will not be allowed into the event without your fee and health form. You can find the fees on this page and the health form here. Fees can only be accepted as cash or check; we are unable to accept credit card transactions at event registration.
You will be billed for the event if you register but do not attend the event.
